LANNISTER HOLDINGS - TERMS OF SERVICE.
These Terms and Conditions
("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Lannister Holdings Ltd ("Lannister", "we", "our", "us").
By subscribing to our service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read it carefully before using our services.
1. Service Overview
Lannister Holdings provides a subscription- based service to cover specific traffic contraventions on behalf of customers.
We ensure that applicable fines or penalties are paid within the discount period (typically the first 14 days) to prevent further escalation.
Subscriptions are available on a monthly basis, with various levels of coverage.
2. Subscription Plans & Fees
2.1 Standard Plan
Coverage: High Level Council parking tickets (PCN) issued by a local authority. Maximum of 2 PCNs per calendar month.
Subscription fee: £1 per calendar month.
2.2 Standard Plus
Coverage: Council (High & Low Level) parking tickets, Private issued parking tickets, Bus Lane fines. No limit on the number of contraventions submitted per calendar month.
Subscription fee: £2.99 per calendar month.
2.3 Premium Plan
Coverage: Council (High & Low Level) parking tickets, Private issued parking tickets, Bus Lane fines, Moving Traffic Contraventions, Congestion Charge, ULEZ, Red Routes, Loading Bay, Silvertown/ Blackwall tunnels. No limit on the number of contraventions submitted per calendar month.
Subscription fee: £4.99 per calendar month
2.4 General Payment Terms
All subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly. Payments must be made via debit card, credit card or other accepted digital payment methods.
3. Repayment Terms
Once Lannister Holdings has made a payment on your behalf for a PCN, you are required to repay the total amount in full, which includes the discounted fine and the Lannister fee, within 28 days from the date you receive the email notification confirming the payment.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cooling-Off Period
All new subscribers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of signup. During this time, you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund, provided no contraventions have been processed on your behalf.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
Lannister Holdings covers the payment of certain traffic contraventions, but there are exclusions and limitations to our service:
We do not cover criminal offenses, speeding fines, DUI-related penalties, or any other criminal traffic offenses.
We only cover contraventions occurring within the United Kingdom.
Any contraventions that exceed your plan's limits (e.g., more than two PCNS in a 28-day period for the Standard Plan) will not be covered by Lannister Holdings.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, provided no contraventions have been paid on your behalf.
No refunds will be issued after the cooling-off period, except in special circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Repayment Terms
Once Lannister Holdings has made a payment on your behalf for a PCN you are required to repay the total amount in full, which includes the discounted fine and the Lannister fee, within 28 days from the date you receive the email notification confirming the payment.
Yellow Card:
If Lannister Holdings does not receive the full repayment within the 28-day period, your account will be issued a Yellow Card. This will result in the suspension of your account. In order to reactivate your account, you will be required to pay the outstanding balance, in addition to a £25 reactivation fee, within 14 days of receiving the Yellow card. The Yellow Card will remain on your account for an additional 28 days following the suspension.
Red Card:
If payment is not received within 14 days after the Yellow Card period has elapsed (a total of 42 days from the original notification), your account will be issued a Red Card. As a result, your account will be suspended, and you will be required to pay the outstanding balance, along with a £50 fee, within 7 days.
Should payment be made within this timeframe, your account will remain suspended for an additional 28 days after the payment is received. After this suspension period, you will be required to pay a £25 reactivation fee in order to restore full access to your account.
Lannister Holdings reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding amounts through a third-party debt collection agency if payment is not made within the specified timeframe.
Lannister Holdings reserves the right to terminate any account that acquires multiple Red cards.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Lannister Holdings is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and store only the necessary personal and vehicle-related data to process your contraventions. All data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We do not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary for service provision, such as processing payments or engaging with collections agencies.

9. Proof Of ID
Acceptable forms of ID: utility bill (No older than three months), Photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence).
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding the service or charges, please contact our customer service team in writing at [contact@lannisterholdings.com]. We will review your complaint and respond within 14 days.
If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to an independent Ombudsman service for further review.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
