Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM 

Fines Processing Policy: 

All fines or fees received will be processed on the next business day. 

Examples: If a fine is submitted at 6:00 PM on Monday, it will be processed on Tuesday morning.  If a fine is received on a Friday, it will be processed on the following Monday. 

11th Hour: 

To avoid escalation and additional charges, we strongly encourage clients to submit their fines or Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) promptly. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that we receive fines within a timeframe that allows for processing before the 14-day escalation period

In cases where we must make a same-day payment to prevent escalation, a £5 fee will be added to the Lannister Fee. 

All fees are in accordance with our terms and conditions.
