We pay parking contraventions on your behalf and give you up to 28 days to repay us.

2. How does the repayment process work?

After we pay your contravention, you have a minimum of 28 days to repay us. You can make payments via bank transfer. 

3. What if I can't repay the amount within 28 days?

If you're unable to repay within 28 days, please contact us to discuss options for an extended repayment plan. We are here to help but we may take legal proceedings whenever necessary. 

4. Are there any fees involved?

We charge a small service fee that will be clearly outlined at the time of payment. This fee is added to the total amount due. Also a subscription fee is required to access our service.

5. How do I request your service?

Simply follow steps on our website, once you have your unique identity number, send us a picture of the contravention and we'll handle the rest.

6. What types of parking contraventions do you cover? 

We cover most common parking contraventions, but please check our website for specific details.

7. Is there a limit on how much you can pay for a contravention?

Yes, we have a maximum limit on the amount we can pay, which is specified on our website.

8. What happens if the contravention is disputed?

If you believe the contravention is unjust and wish to contest it, that is something we cannot assist you with.

9. How quickly will my payment be processed?

Payments are typically processed within 24 hours once we receive your request and payment information.

10. Can I use your service for multiple contraventions?

Yes, you can request our service for multiple contraventions (depending on the package you are subscribed to) just provide the details for each one.
